新庄煤矿副立井井筒装备托管梁的支撑设计

摘要: 随着煤矿开采深度的增加,越来越多的矿井面临高温热害,立井井筒中排水管受到温度变化的影响,其施加于托管梁上的力成倍的增加,由此,给托管梁的支撑提出了新的挑战。针对新庄矿井井筒深度大、水温高、排水量大,排水管路的托管梁受力较大,而副立井采用冻结法施工,不得预留梁窝或后凿梁窝的特点,设计采用锚杆托架固定托管梁的布置方式,在充分提高锚杆托架自身强度的同时,重点对托架结构型式进行优化,提出了托架此时受力的特点及计算方法。

Abstract: With the increasing depth of coal mining,more and more mines are facing high temperature damage. The drainage pipes in the shaft are affected by the change of temperature, and the force applied to the hosting beam increases exponentially. New challenges are presented for the supporting of hosting beam.The Xinzhuang coal miner has the following characteristics, as large shaft depth, high water temperature, large displacement. These characteristics leading to the greater force imposed on hosting beam. But freezing method is adopted during construction stage of auxiliary vertical shaft, no beam nest or back beam nest can be pre-reserved.In the paper, focus on the disadvantages of Xinzhuang coal miner, we propose an improved arrangement method of fixing hosting beam with anchor bracket. We first improve the strength of anchor bracket, and optimize its structure at the same time. We also propose the force calculation method of anchor bracket. We hope that our design has a certain reference for similar cases.
